Sun and rain at Fetsund lenser

It rained. Not a light drizzle, but real rain.

We started the day with portrait and family photos at Lensene in Fetsund. The umbrellas came out, everyone lined up, and Stine and Jørgen laughed more than they flinched. The photographers got soaked. The couple kept their spirits up through the whole session. It wasn't a question of whether it would go well, but whether the jacket would dry before the ceremony.

It did.

The ceremony was at Fet church. Calm and lovely, with the kind of stillness that only happens when everyone knows something important is taking place.

The party was at Ballongriket, a place with character. Colorful flowers everywhere, a little sofa corner where everyone wanted to take pictures, and a dance floor that came into its own after dinner.

On this assignment I had Lisa on photo and Tristan on video. You can tell when there are three people working: nothing falls between the chairs.
