Black and white at Grand Hotel

Brith-Tone and Grant had both been married before. This time they knew exactly what they wanted, and they had clear pictures in their heads of how the day should look. It does something to a wedding day: fewer nerves, more presence.

The day started with preparations at Grand Hotel, with bubbles, laughter and smiles. Then the ceremony at the City Hall, before we were back at Grand for the party in the Julius Fritz hall. The theme for the evening was black and white, and you can see that in the images.

This was a wedding Lisa and I did together. She photographed, I filmed. It was a magical evening, and an intense one for the two of us. During dinner Lisa brought me food from the buffet and fed me while I worked, because the camera couldn't be put down. That's what the best parties are like.
